SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3 Requesting Bruce M. Botelho,                           
Attorney General of the State of Alaska, to appoint a special                  
prosecutor to investigate the possible misuse of the Alaska Public             
Safety Information Network, was engrossed and enrolled, signed by              
the President and Secretary and the engrossed and enrolled copies              
transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 9:10 a.m., May 15,                
1998.
